We understand that it can be difficult sometimes …

With all that happens in everyday life, sometimes it just feels right to have someone to talk to, someone to help us see things in a different way or to feel better again. PsychCare 24/7 was created as a counselling service that utilizes three methods of counselling to offer assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Whether you want to speak to our counsellors on the phone, engage in a chat via our online counselling chat room or to book a face-to-face counselling session, we adapt to what is most convenient for you.

You will need to register for our service before booking an appointment. Simply click on the registration tab above or below to begin. We will process your registration within the next few hours and contact you with your login details.

Please note that due to the safety of our users and the nature of our support, we cannot offer our services to all users. For more information, please read our Terms and Conditions.

How does it work

After you have registered using the secure link provided (register link) and described your concerns on the registration form, you will be able to book a counselling session via Internet Counselling, Telephone Counselling or Face-to-Face. Registration and payment is quick and easy. After registering with a user name and supplying a secure password, you will receive an automatic response to confirm your record. You can then use these login details upon your next visit. All our counselling sessions are 60 minutes. You may also request a double session (2 hours).

Internet Counselling: Upon making a booking, you will receive an email to confirm your appointment. You will receive a unique chat room and password and that gives you access to your counselling session. When it is time for your counselling session, your unique chat room will pop up and you will be able to enter using the password that was supplied to you. This chat room will be automatically deleted after the counselling session has ended and all paperwork is completed. We encourage you to read our Terms and Condition and Privacy and Confidentiality Statement to familiarise yourself with our service.

Telephone Counselling: Upon booking for a telephone counselling session you will receive an email confirmation. You will be supplied with a telephone number that you must call at the appropriate time. (Please note that your call charges will vary depending on your telephone or mobile phone plans.)

Face-to-face Counselling: If you are wanting to book for a face to face counselling session, you will need to contact us via email or telephone. Once we have confirmed your details we will send you an email to confirm the session dates, time, location and counsellor. We encourage you to arrive at the location at least 10 minutes early to allow for your session to start on time.

Flexibility

You do not have to stick to one mode of counselling. You can mix and match your counselling sessions to suit your situation or needs.
