You may cancel an online, telephone or face-to-face counselling session and/or change a session, without incurring a cost, if you give us at least 24 hours notice. Technical difficulties should be reported to either your counsellor, or to our offices via email or phone. These difficulties will be discussed with you to ensure a fair outcome.
If in the case you did not cancel your session, reschedule your session with at least 24 hours prior to your online, telephone or face-to-face session or notify us of any technical difficulties, there is a 50% fee for cancelling a session.
