Delivery Policy

We aim to delivery our service as fast as we can, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Online Credit Purchases

You will receive your credits upon 24 – 48 hours of your purchase using the Paypal or EWAY payment gateway. The process of orders is usually made during business hours (Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm) by our banking institution. Depending on when you have processed the purchase order, the transaction may not have been processed until the next business day.

Once we have received your payment, your credits will be automatically added to your account in “credits” for you to use on your next counselling session.

Should you not receive the credits 48 hours since your purchase, please contact us via email or telephone to rectify this issue immediately. Sometimes banks and institutions may require some time before they process payments and therefore a short delay may occur.

Other Payment Options

If you have made payment via other payment methods for Face-To-Face counselling sessions such as:

  • via Internet Banking, this will take 3 to 5 business days for the transaction to be approved,
  • Credit Card over the phone, this will be processed immediately
  • Credit/Debit card in person, this will also be processed immediately
When you are charged

Upon receipt of your credits, you will be able to utilise the service immediately. Your credits will only be debited from your account after the counselling session has been completed. For more information on how we charge you, please read our Terms and Conditions.
